Meet Our Team

Derek is currently serving as the CEO of Spark Development Co. He was born and raised in Neenah, and currently lives there with his wife, Brook, and his two beautiful daughters: Luella & Vienna. In his free time, Derek enjoys golfing, exercising, reading, Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time with his family. He also has a deep passion for music as that has influenced his life in many ways. With a background in finance and entrepreneurship, Derek is motivated in helping others enrich their lives with real estate investing. As a student of business, he is always looking for new ways to grow, lead, and serve.

Growing up in Appleton, the Fox Cities is home for Lisa. Before joining SPARK, she worked in cosmetology for 15 years. Her background in management has given her a broad understanding of how to serve and lead a team, and how to tie all of the pieces together to create a successful business. She is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters and one son. Lisa enjoys biking, camping, boating, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. She strives to serve others as much as possible, both personally and professionally. “I always strive to be the best role model for my children in teaching them through example what it means to be hard-working, honest, kind, respectful, and loving towards all.”

A native to the Fox Cities, Troy was born and raised in Neenah, WI. Troy is happily married to his wife Kelsey and has two wonderful daughters: Atalie and Braylie–and we can’t forget about his lovable English chocolate lab: Kane! Troy enjoys boating, traveling, golfing, shooting, and spending time at his Pelican Lake cottage. Troy loves meeting new people and getting to know their life stories. He strives to be a servant leader in all facets of his life, both inside and outside of work. Prior to joining SPARK, Troy worked in retail sales for 15 years specializing in powersports and marine sales. His family has roots in real estate and he is eager to continue to grow with the company.

Allan was born and raised locally in Appleton. He is happily married to his wife, Heather. Allan has a 7 year old son and together he and his wife share two dogs and one cat. His passions include hunting, fishing, camping, and getting out on the water in his boat. He also really enjoys watching national drift competitions. Allan has a natural gift in understanding how things work and has a talent in being able to solve many different problems with creative solutions.

Fernando was born and raised here in Neenah, WI. He enjoys playing and watching soccer, exercising, and spending time with his friends and family. Entrepreneurship and personal growth are two of Fernando’s favorite topics to learn and grow in. He understands the power of real estate, and how it can create financial freedom, and is motivated in helping people in their own investment journey. Fernando is bilingual, being fluent in Spanish. For lunch, Fernando will never turn down a Chipotle burrito!

Shelley grew up in Oshkosh and moved to the Fox Cities after she completed college. Her previous work experience includes 14 years in project managing, consulting, human resources, merchandising and accounting. Shelley is happily married and is the proud mother of 3 boys. Their household also includes 2 dogs, Bella & Phoenix, that keep them all busy! In her spare time, Shelley enjoys volunteering in the children's ministry at her church, coaching soccer, snowboarding, being outside and running. She is also a Club Scout den leader! Once upon a time, dolphins sang to her on her birthday, she surfed in Hawaii and even went skydiving in Tennessee!

A native to the Fox Valley, Peter grew up in Appleton and lives in Neenah. He deeply cares about our community and the people within it. His entire work life has been spent servicing and improving the lives of people here in our local area, through various industries. Previously, Peter served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office and then transitioned over into service at Bergstrom BMW for seven years. It was there that he found his calling in customer service and was awarded service advisor of the year for two years in a row! He is newly married to his wife, Katie and they have an energetic golden doodle named Ollie. Staying positive, being a loving husband, loyal friend, and brightening people's day with a smile are some of Peter's main motivations in life.

Tony is originally from Elkhorn, Wisconsin and now calls the Fox Cities area his home. He has a combined 11 years of maintenance experience in the field and enjoys growing his skills on a daily basis. Tony has 4 children and 3 dogs that complete his family. His hobbies include taking care of his kids, cooking amazing foods, and hunting in the fall. One unique thing about Tony is that he is an ametuer blade smith and enjoys creating knives in his free time. Raising healthy and well-adjusted kids is one of Tony's main motivations in his life. His favorite foods are Carne Asada Tacos, Poutine or Croque Monsieur.

Brandon was born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin and has 12 years of construction experience as well as basement repair and egress window installation experience. He is the proud father of his two beautiful daughters, Jupiter and Arabella. He has a huge passion for art and enjoys making wire wrapped pendants and rings. Brandon also enjoys disc golfing, listening to music and hanging out with his family. His family is his motivation and he strives to always better his craft and skills. His favorite food is green bean casserole and his favorite drink is eggnog!

Adam was born in the Appleton area and has been here for most of his life. He currently has one dog named Charlee. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends, boating, golfing and enjoying a few cocktails in a pool. Adam is a Green Bay Packers fan and loves to watch them play on TV or at Lambeau Field. His best quality is being a problem solver and finding creative solutions to problems. He was raised around a strong work ethic and still values hard work!

Devon is a local to the Fox Valley. Previously to joining the team at Spark Development Co., Devon was a chef for 16 years. During that time, he also gained an abundance of maintenance experience by remodeling houses in the area. He is the proud father of two children and also has two rescued pit bulls in the family. Devon's hobbies include fishing, disc golfing, hiking and partaking in anything outdoors. He is motivated to begin his own rental portfolio and would love to own his own dog rescue someday.
